I need something different

I need somethink differen- readyforadifference- focusing on changing your mind in the position that you are in.

Have you said I need something different in my life. Lately there has been a change in me not only physical but also mentally and emotionally. I have sat down and thought of many things including what is my future going to look like. The more I see and hear things that are going on around me the more positive my thoughts become.

The other day I read a post on someone very nice trying hard to change for her health in a positive way and someone said a remark or a opinion that is far to wrong and very uncalled for. She has been doing her diet plan for over a little of seven months now and she has accomplish a lot. She weighted over five hundred pounds and in seven months she has lost a little over one hundred pounds and she looks great. Now this person said that her pictures did not give enough results which he was very wrong.

The point to this is that not everyone knows about your struggles and what you are facing to get where you want. Sometimes there comes a point which wants to make you quit or get into a great depression if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Life comes in many forms and we learn how to take control of our own thoughts, emotions and way of actions that is what makes us unique. In certain points its our make or break.

Consider your self not wanting to be where you are and not wanting to stay closed in a box that you can’t focus or see on whats in the other side. It’s time to break free out of that box and see the greatness that the world has to offer.

You might say what are you saying and what are you talking about? Well picture this if you work a 9-5 job that you can not take a half to one hour break, can’t have your pen and paper to write notes that you need for that specific time or day that when five minutes later comes by you already forgot about what you were thinking. Being in a closed area or what we call living in a box there is no room to think or even breath with out getting a panic attack or a wrong thought. You need to learn how to adjust your thoughts to the position that you are in and think on what you have to do. In this case either you can come out of the box or you can make a hole so you can breath, WHICH one would you choose to do?
